Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items, such as custom floral arrangements or perishable flowers, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification if needed.

Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Replacements: If you prefer, we can send a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees for express delivery are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may request photos to better understand the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- Other Returns: For returns not related to defects or errors, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?
Due to a recent system change in our warehouse the return process is currently longer than usual. You will receive a confirmation of your refund as soon as your return has been processed.
As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used when making your order. It may take up to 5 business days for our Returns department to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website.
- If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.
